“After we installed Pentagons, we saw a 50% increase in production with a finer grind.”
“The Triple Threat Hammers are working great on my Bliss Mill! Have to order another set! Got about 5.5 months out of them; I won’t go anywhere else!”
“Gold star for pentagons! We are getting the best grind we have ever had and are happy about that!”
“Extremely pleased with Jacobs Dies. Currently saving 50% more tons on these dies than we were getting with a different supplier!”
“There is no comparison out there to the durability of Jacobs Hammers, they’re amazing. Hardfacing is so good, the hammers are not wearing out. Only buying Jacobs Hammers!”
“1st Die ran for 18 Months on 30 TPH mill and ran 172,278 Tons. 2nd Die installed July 7th 2015 and it is over 144,000 tons now and still going!”
After running the Dupps Grindor’s for several months changing the Dupps hammers every 2 days, we ran a trial on the Jacob’s Hammers for the Dupps Grinder and found that we were able to get 5 days of life. We run strictly all beef and bones straight from slaughterhouses.
“Our pelleting process had some inefficiencies, we were seeing rather poor performance from our process and short lifespans from our dies and rolls. . With Jacobs we built a new protocol for our process, from our feed temps, all the way through roll setups. We have been running for several months now and our pelleting production numbers are fantastic, some of our products we increased our performance by over 50%, that translates to multiple tons per week in increased efficiency. We did see an increase in all of our TPH across the board. “
