“The Triple Threats are living up to the talk on our Bliss Mill. [Competitor] hammers are needing replaced and Jacobs’ barely looked used!”
“20 hours on them. INCREDIBLE how they perform. Made a whole new beast of a grinder for me!! My customers LOVE it. I can grind 30 percent more hay in the same time.”
“Jacobs rods resist grooving much better than the other brands I have used in the past.”
“After the Jacobs guys came out and helped our operators they are now more confident in their ability to raise the temperature and push the pellet mill to its limits. With the lightning dies installed we are seeing the amperage drop and our cooler is being overrun. What a great company to work with!”
“Jacobs rods last a full year with very little grooving, competitors rods needed changed out every 6 months due to excessive grooving.”
“Very pleased with Bad Ax Hammers. Mill has less vibration, first corner 250 to 260 hours, 2nd corner at 180-190 and still going”
“Mark said been buying Jacobs Dies for 3 years with no issues for his CPM Mills.”
“Gold star for pentagons! We are getting the best grind we have ever had and are happy about that!”
“Our pelleting process had some inefficiencies, we were seeing rather poor performance from our process and short lifespans from our dies and rolls. . With Jacobs we built a new protocol for our process, from our feed temps, all the way through roll setups. We have been running for several months now and our pelleting production numbers are fantastic, some of our products we increased our performance by over 50%, that translates to multiple tons per week in increased efficiency. We did see an increase in all of our TPH across the board. “
While running the Andritz hammer mill we were having to change the hammers every 1-2 weeks. Once we worked with Jacob’s and change the hammers along with a few other adjustments in the pattern, we were able to get 4-5 weeks of life out of the hammers.
